Don't know about the frozen tundra up north, but there are signs down here that Phil the groundhog was correct. Live crawfish available at neighborhood stores. Tomatoe plants are for sale. The big tree in my front yard hasn't put out buds yet, but it should any day now. If it even froze here this winter, I missed it. I'm ready for spring.
