I'm seeding because I have some gaps in my lawn. Nothing big but want to fill it in.

Couldn't find any Milo at all. You'd be ashamed of me for what I bought but it was the only thing left. I think all the landscapers did some hoarding of their own.

I'm pretty sure organic fertilizer would be fine but synthetic is harsher on the grass. Don't want to kill the new grass.

A lot of the time Scotts is all they have. My opinion is its not the greatest but still OK

The fertilizer is coated as not to release fast. Go light and it will be fine.

But chances are they might have somebody wha has an idea what they are talking about

We have 2 mom and pop nurseries close by prices are comparable to the Big Box stores and the folks are very knowledgeable

I will go to a mom and pop store if I can but they don't always have what I'm looking for. There is a great family owned hardware store that will special order anything if I'm not in a hurry.
