We were thinking of buying a winter home around the Palm Beach area.
We want something close to Orlando and the ocean, so that's the area.

You don’t want a place around Orlando. Too hot and too crowded. A gated community sounds like your speed. Strict HOAs and no riff raff. Lol.

Calling all investors and/or first time home buyers. (Hello section 8) 2 bedroom/1 bath Single Family Home with no HOA. (Cars on blocks ok) Close to downtown West Palm Beach and the Palm Beaches Outlet Mall. (Right next to the highway-loud as hell) Home needs some TLC. (Was a crack house, bring the exterminator) The property is being sold AS-IS. (OFFER US ANYTHING, WE WILL TAKE IT)

I didn't say that. You seemed to suggest it was all high end. I stayed ocean front but did a lot of walking and I was surprised how quickly things deteriorated.

Miami is like that too. One time I made a wrong turn in a very nice area near the airport and all the sudden it's razor wire and window bars everywhere! LOCK THE DOORS KIDS!

Lol. I just had a cashier at a grocery store ask me if I was union. I told her no, but UPS is. She said, Anyone who’s union should lose their job because they ruin it for the rest of us.
Don’t know what her reasoning was but I didn’t care to ask.
