I read that yesterday myself. Curious if it's actually do able and how many PT may quit because of it.@Operational needs reading the FedEx forum. Sounds like big changes coming after the new year?
Yes. Yet another stupid idea that will push senior couriers out the door. No way a 30 year courier will want to work 1100-2000 every day after working days for 30 years. I’m still not understanding how having two sorts a day will save money.@Operational needs reading the FedEx forum. Sounds like big changes coming after the new year?
The PTers will probably love it, especially those on the PM side trying to come days. Many PTers now only work til 11:00.I read that yesterday myself. Curious if it's actually do able and how many PT may quit because of it.
I think the only PTers that will quit are those who have other jobs or run businesses they need to be at in the day time.I read that yesterday myself. Curious if it's actually do able and how many PT may quit because of it.
How much longer you got?Yes. Yet another stupid idea that will push senior couriers out the door. No way a 30 year courier will want to work 1100-2000 every day after working days for 30 years. I’m still not understanding how having two sorts a day will save money.
My daughter graduates in 2022. That should do it for me.How much longer you got?
I know a bunch of the PTers downtown love their routes but I'm sure most will be happy to move to mornings.I think the only PTers that will quit are those who have other jobs or run businesses they need to be at in the day time.
I have been hearing about lots of PVD injuries2 injuries and a accident so far this week. My center manager is livid!
The best part is the injuries were PVDs and the accident was a off the street seasonal.
We've more than tripled the number of PVDs we normally have. Best part so far was listening to my manager pretty much begging a PVD to do the 70 stops a day that they have him scheduled for and the PVD saying he'll only do 45. He had to sit there and take it lol!I have been hearing about lots of PVD injuries

I turn into a new development in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by cow pasture and see this sitting by the entrance, all by its lonesome. I figured a FedEx Ground driver left it there. Nope! It has a UPS label on it for an address miles away. Hmmmm.
