I loved that show Parking Wars. Anyone that got towed was screwed in Philly. Now with covid, I'm sure it's much worse.

Normally eight hours but I won't be surprised if we're working from dawn to dusk those three days. Plus about four hours travel one way Wednesday morning and Friday night.
