Wow! I did not know that schools were doing that. I guess because my daughter was in a lower income school they still had books as of three years ago. I know she used to haul around a crap load of books.

Even when I was going to school we didn't take books back and forth. We were given a set to keep at home and each class had a book for everyone.

My son will be getting a chrome book.

Sounds like it to me too. My daughter was lucky to get books at her school. Her history book was 20 years old. Her book bag was always so heavy.

I’m the opppsite. I’ll be there 15 minutes early with water, food, a rain jacket, coat, back up battery and USB cord, and a few Advil’s,
