Okay male buddies of mine….I have a question for you. I’ve had my new car for 6 months now and it has 3;400 miles on it. Should I get the oil changed or wait for it gets to 10,000 miles as the manufacturer suggests. I’m asking because it’s been 6 months.

I always change a new cars oil at 3000 miles. You don’t know what the manufacturer used, and you could have some metal shavings from the engine break in period.

3k or so for first oil change is important. After that you can wait longer.

Well shoot. I’ve driven past this food truck many times and finally decided to stop today. Of course it’s not open yet. Food isn’t ready. Smelled amazing though. I love a good food truck.
