Every driver I have seen recently has a beard. None to that level though.

It looks like underneath all that garbage there might actually be a nice looking guy.

I don't get it. My current job has no kind of grooming guidelines whatsoever and I see more (usually sloppy) beard on the local UPS guys now than in my entire field work. Maybe it's that feeling of liberation, finally getting to taste that long forbidden fruit.

Not gonna lie. I looked like a viking my first few months after leaving UPS (appearance guidelines had still been in place at the time). Just maintain that match strike stubble shaving every few days now.
