I like a thin crust mushroom pizza from Pizza Hut. That's the only kind though. My favorite is a cheese pizza from a pizzeria near here.

Just because it's a foreclosure doesn't mean the bank will make it easy. I know, I've had my dealings with a foreclosure before. Dragged on for months.

I understand that we will see what happens. I mean it's not a huge loss if we don't get it.
But they have it listed for 35k more than what was owed to them when they foreclosed. So surely there's some wiggle room.
