That's a good thing. If they had gone in at regular time it would have been a huge mess. Traffic was light for me going to work. It was fantastic!

My rent is still much less than most people's mortgages (before they pay their property tax). Besides the utilities I elect, there's only one payment I'm responsible for associated with living here.

Here's one thing you're forgetting when it comes to real estate. If you're smart and buy low and then eventually sell at a very healthy profit, it's worth all the "headaches " of owning verse renting.

You will lose money in the long run on renting every time.
