When I was taking care of the township cemetery I would throw them away as fast as people put them up. I swear some idiots bought one of every trinket Walmart sold to put on a grave.

They look cheesy, always fail after awhile. I got a low voltage system.

They are a pain to mow around and the cheap solar rechargeable batteries they put in them only last a few months anyway.

Landscapers ruin the turf!

Biggest problem is weeds from other yards get introduced. Creeping bent grass and rough bluegrass (poa triv) are beotches.

Then I would have to pick up the mess---its easier just to pluck them out of the ground.
