Can higher seniority bump a bid driver?

Say driver B has a bid route. Driver E has a split from B. Volume drops and the split is absorbed back to B. E has more seniority than B. Can E bump B from bid route even though the 50%+ has not been met?
The way I see it…E had ample opportunity to bid said route and passed allowing a junior driver to have it. You just can’t come along and later say “hey! I want that route now”.

Seems like if there is enough volume for driver B to be on road, he drives his route and driver E has to pick from coverage routes.
