Greater than 2/3 NO vote. Turnout doesn't matter beyond that threshold.
Central didn't get 2/3s NO

What do you mean none crossed the needed threshold?
I was referencing Local 243. Looks like Local 926/Western PA also got the required NO votes for the voter count to not matter.Central didn't get 2/3s NO

That is exactly what is going to happen...Yes they did, or at least 1 did.
Western PA had more than a 50% turnout and rejected their offer.
It cannot be enforced unless Hoffa uses the clause about them trying to change what's already in the Master.
243 can be imposedI would have liked to see 243 get over that 50% total vote.
63% is still kind of a weak turn out for Western PA for such a bad TA but it's over 50%
the other did not get a 50 percent turnoutIt's one or the other.
2/3s NO vote
Or
Over 50% turnout majority vote
243 had more then 2/3s vote NO
Nope.243 can be imposed
the turnout was 38 percent, thats not a majority of votersNope.
