It will be forced,saying the 22.4 issue is the reason for rejection. That issue was forced on the members in the Master,so why stop there..

Because last time they imposed it because they claimed it wasn't supplemental issues causing the no vote.

Getting word that Western PA and Local 243 went down in flames, satisfying the two-thirds/50% provisions of Article XII.....is it true?
The national contract was garbage and it only had a 44% turn out.

Yes but what I mean is Western PA voted down the first one and then was given a worse contract. I would have thought the anger from that would push the voter turn out way up.

For anyone thinking this is any kind of win for the locals voting it down, it is not. They should prepare to get the most mediocre and lackluster supplement contract ever seen. If they actually go back to negotiations and dont have the IBT Constitution manipulated by the head honchos, there is a possibility they could get an even worse TA.
It was up from the first offer.
Do you know anything?
