I’ll add eating healthy isn’t cheap. We make good money. I would have to imagine the average UPS trucker is much healthier than the poor slob making slave wages like FedEx
It gets expensive if you go for the organic or really fresh stuff. I’ve found that chicken boobs are pretty cheap and give great protein, frozen veggies are cheap and give the necessary vitamins and minerals. Water is “free” if you drink from the tap. I fill 5 gallon jugs for $1.50 (used to be $1). Count calories and scale and prep your meals and you’ll save tons of money and your body and mind will thank you for it. Yeah it gets boring eating the same stuff from time to time, but that’s where one has to get creative with how you prep the food and think of the gains you’ll get.
