When things slow down they're not going to hire not one single person. Not in a union shop.
That was not a shot at union's either to be clear, just a statement of my understanding.
. Just like 2008 and 2009

.I don't,even if I wanted to I would need a job that pays more
I was speaking to the larger point you madeWhen things slow down they're not going to hire not one single person.

That's why I said it wasn't a shot at the union. But compared to some other people we aren't doing too bad.
You remember it I see.I completely agree. I don't think most people expected 70's era inflation again. Glad I stocked up on stuff before prices started skyrocketing.
No debt, none, not a penny.Hoarding is also adding to inflation.
Just do your best to stay out of debt live within your means and hold on tight
Everyone hold on to their anklesI was speaking to the larger point you made
That's why I said it wasn't a shot at the union.
Non union shop it's not always the least senior receiving a pink slip.
I'm being conservative in my 401k and ira plans looking like crap right nowNo debt, none, not a penny.
I don't like seeing what I will leave to my boys eroded though.
A screwing is coming, to the employed and retired.Everyone hold on to their ankles
Hold on to your wallet my friendI'm being conservative in my 401k and ira plans looking like crap right now
Same here. It's not distressing, but it's not why we funded them to watch them be dimished over things we have no control over. I'm not a smart financial market guy, I do understand trends and outcomes, inputs and results. I think I do at least.I'm being conservative in my 401k and ira plans looking like crap right now
Like I said this is not going to be goodSame here. It's not distressing, but it's not why we funded them to watch them be dimished over things we wave control over. I'm not a smart financial market guy, I do understand trends and outcomes, inputs and results. I think I do at least.

I'm holding on brotherA screwing is coming, to the employed and retired.
The thing that is distressing is backflips will be flipped to provide for those that refuse to work.
It's just my opinion.
This company definitely wants to outsource as much as they can get away with. They are running everybody out the door at 8 hours this week and when I was pulling back in last night I saw two coyotes leaving with loads. I hope O’Brien plays big time hardball with them. That’s what we elected him for, now let’s see it. We were all for he most part sick and tired of lackey boy Hoffa. Let’s see Sean do what he promised he would.
Let’s hope he follows thru. The company needs a serious reality check. Sean needs to take them to the woodshed. Our cola raise needs to be measured in dollars, not cents. WTF am I gonna do with $.40 when it cost me $70 to fill my gas tank, and 18 months ago it cost $25-$30? And let’s not even start on groceries. You go in for a few things and you walk out $40 lighter. This company definitely wants to outsource as much as they can get away with.
And that's why I believe that's why Sean O'Brien made such a strong statement to the company when he got elected.
The first thing he needs to do is clarify the language on PVD drivers before this peak hitsLet’s hope he follows thru. The company needs a serious reality check. Sean needs to take them to the woodshed.
Sean will live up to his word. He’s gonna be a great leader. Changes are already being made with Sean and his administration.
