I did construction for a couple years in the summers in high school and then two years after high school, those dudes will teach you some lessons. Salty suckers, but they do know how to live life.
We all had to work in the trades just to survive. Remember when you started how little money we made. Decades later we’re rolling.

I worked for my uncle which was great ..and he’s damn good at what he does. BASE TRIM , ROOFING , CROWN MOULDING , FINISH WORK

REAL BRAIN WORK!!! not tossing cardboard to a front porch..

Finish work is definitely a skill. If you stuck with it you would probably have as much if not more cash without the pension
