Got news from business agent that the company has 42 days to switch over to cover staffing for Saturday and apply the contract. He must of made this agreement with company during negotiations. Others were like nope if it’s not in writing it doesn’t count. Never trusted the guy hope he gets voted out!

Seriously I'm half tempted for one big ass paycheck

I may wimp out as the week goes along
The hardest part is saying yes . My center asks for volunteers on Wednesday and I’ll never tell them yes until Friday morning. I need the money , but I won’t work if I’m loaded all week. I like around a 2300 gross check, some of my 6 day weeks are more like 24-2600. So now they’ll be even more .

Seems like a reasonable amount of time, it’s not gonna happen overnight probably gonna be a lot of changes.
