Isn’t this eerily similar to the last few contracts? I swear we had a retro check the following June or July five years back. And that was also with just 1-3 supplements holding up the entire process. 2013 was just as long of a process. Unless I’m misremembering.

Should we hold any optimism this goes through quicker than by end of the the calendar year?
Oh but that was all going to be taken care of this time. 🙄

Found this from the last time around

Six hold outs became two and then finally by June of 2019, our back pay hit

Having just one local feels like it gives a better chance to have this end quickly. But you never know. They could hold out until after peak.

Ok, so he meant better THEN last time. I misunderstood. Yes that was my point. He made sure that it was over 50% this time so we can’t bitch. Because he knew the contract was :censored2:.

769 LAI refers to UPS at MIA abt 200 cargo handlers and cargo agents.
Local 769 also represent ups package division and csi.
LAI stands for latin america inc.
