But.... pull the driver off a training route (even for a day)

And, you "bought" him.

Can you elaborate, has this precedence been set in panel decisions?

That's a long established practice, in the Central Region.

When I said "pulled off the route, even for a day",

Means.... worked on another route or utilized "otherwise" as a driver.

Not just because they weren't worked on consecutive days.

I didn't make that clear.

My understanding is, If a driver is qualifying and within the qualifying period is moved off their route they are automatically qualified, so I would grieve

These penny pinching pieces of need to stop crippling this company. I'll still be getting signatures at all commercial stops.

I asked about still getting signatures if receiver is standing right there. She said that would be considered stealing time.
