Be nice to see some language regarding ORION

We don't want any language, regarding ORION.

Reason being.... it effectively "puts in place" a standard or (unachievable) metric.

The 85% is too high it needs to be down to 75-70%.

Those percentages, are like "flavor of the month".

And, company driven. (not contractual)


If it doesn't apply during peak.... then what's the point ?

The only way ORION will truly work

Is when.... the pkg cars aren't "blown out" with freight.

My center is currently going off the street because no part-timers are willing or able to move to full-time.

I expected to be off work today (taking a dead day to go fishing). PDS just called me in due to a staffing shortage. Told him they needed to hire more service providers and he replied he is taking referrals. No one wants this job so much anymore.

Hiring off the street as no one inside wants to make the jump. We can't keep seasonals around either as everyone says 18.75 an hour is not enough money to do this job.

You can say whatever you want about him as a person but you should refrain from disparaging his service record unless you know for a fact that he was dishonorably discharged.

Now, unless he retired from the military, he would not have access to VA care.

BTW, in case you were curious, I received an honorable discharge upon separation.

We can't find gen bargaining unit members to take a package car driving job. Nobody wants them.

I'm not going to post about that screw ball anymore on this thread with respect to BUG. The information I have on him is very acurate, that's beside the point though. Talking to his gives him relevance and trust me, there's nothing factual, relevant or Saint with him.
