If you are a Teamster and you miss work for sick, layoff, injury, disability, fmla... then call you local dues office and ask for "SICK" dues. You local union will pay your dues. You get six months Sick dues to use. If you know you wont be working, pay like $5 to temporarily withdraw until you are getting paychecks again.

Yes but if you go on upsers it doesn't say anything about the pay for only 1 and 2 that's added language that screws us

Scenarios 1 and 2 is added that is not on upsers.Com our own union screwed this up

Yes I've read it. How is that different than the MOU?

It says "eligibility for two week paid leave includes"

Meaning only the people that meet these are eligible. Different words same meaning.

The MOU doesn't exclude people that are told to quarantine with out a positive test.

Read #1 very carefully on the MOU. Look for the word "or"
