When a customer is being irrational, I'll call the center and explain the situation. Our OMS is awesome and will call the customer directly to handle the sitiaton so I can be on my way. If that customer is in a strip mall and doesn't want you in her store, then leave a note on her door while making eye contact through the glass, and indirect it to the same lady who was getting them at her house.

Why did the driver leave it out where it could get wet? Most drivers today would flunk a driver release audit like we had when I started.
