Doesn't matter if its a box of feathers, don't throw it.

Update, the driver got fired.. but wouldn't it be something if there was someone catching and stacking them, his timed throws suggest that someone might be catching them, eitherway not a good look.

BTW, our daily ground pickup(at our express station) the driver varies but the actions are the same, they all throw the packages in their P1000, wonder if I should film it.. I did once ask the guy not to throw packages,("if you could not throw packages, that'd be great mmkay") but he came after me like he wanted to fight, luckily our office is secured and they aren't allowed in(he kept asking for me)
Where I come from, Throwing/slamming packages is standard operating procedures. It's the box or your back, fedex doesn't pay enough and i was trained there are no infants inside packages.

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

No one was catching them, you can hear the boxes hitting the floor.

Invasion of privacy, loss of income . it wasn't multi millionaire Dana White's job to conduct surveillance of an individual who was not an employee of Mr.. White.

I suppose that video of the guy who threw that tv over the fence and got himself fired was an invasion of his privacy too? He lost his income not because he was reported, but because he was doing something you get fired for.

I blame Boxings corruption. If we could still have real prize fights, we’d never have to experience dorks in chicken cages and boy shorts.

You watch too many television dramas.

Grow up.
None of you guys are lawyers and neither am I BUT here you have a very wealthy man who had zero interest economic or otherwise in what that worker was doing. It was a matter strictly between the worker, the worker's job performance and the employer. Mr. White was a nonaffiliated third party with no vested interest in any form regarding the matter.

No shortage of civil rights attorneys out there who might want to have a go at it considering Mr. White's personal wealth. Unfortunately, being that FDX is a nonunion zero employee workplace rights company what it did to this worker should serve as a reminder that working for FDX is not employment but rather it's servitude whereby migrant farm workers have better rights under the law than today's FDX blue collar worker.
