How does the Helper get things signed for at the door or company, if he doesn't use the DIAD at all? Or if there is nobody there to sign, you deal with all that as well?
The only requirement with COD's and HV's are that they be in the driver's board. There is no requirement that the driver has to physically deliver those packages. I can run off 3-4 stops while the helper waits for checks to be written.

A few of our trucks have a little "this is my truck" rules sticker posted near the jump seat, although most of the senior drivers have long since ripped theirs off.
