Hell, I have a college degree no way I could just roll out and find a job making when I make with the benefits. So education is not the answer necessarily.

Mine was a B.S. in comprehensive social studies in education. I was supposed to be a history teacher.
In 1975 UPS paid more.

Never felt there was no choice. I stayed at my current job because the pay was good and the benefits were great. But people who’ve quit have done just fine because there’s opportunity everywhere.

This is, and will always be the land of opportunity, and I do not care what anyone thinks otherwise.

When I was working driver I remember a lot of the drivers were former teachers.
They said it's making a hell of a lot more UPS than they were the teaching

Yeah we have a couple ex-teachers driving for us too. Also have a guy who used to be a banker. I have a business marketing degree myself, but I just like this job a lot more and it pays better anyway.
