Everybody here acting like loading boxes into their designated package cars is hard. Please. Every hourly job at UPS is easy if you follow the methods and work safely. Some people are just ignorant.

All it takes is a few members reporting someone as a troll, and bingo. That person gets the label.

He probably likes his loader and doesn't want him to get busted for the misload.

Right. My loader rarely has misloads so if it's a bad pal I'm not sheeting it as a misload. Management prefers that to a missed package too.

While a bad pal is still a misload, I also do not send these through the misload screen.
