I have no idea what it means or the validity although I do have plenty of experience handling other peoples money and if in fact this happened, this is a complete and total misuse of money that does not belong to them.

Again, I don’t think anyone has any information on this, except people on the inside from the Biden administration, and now the Trump administration. Everything in government moves at a snails pace. I wouldn’t expect to know any kind of outcome on this for well over a year or more.
I will say the gentleman who made these claims is not someone I would want running something as important as an organization with other peoples money when he has such a flippant attitude no matter who administration he is in. These are the kind of people that give the government a bad name. They’re arrogant and think the money is theirs to do as they please. At least that’s what he was saying maybe he was trying to get in the interviewers pants for all I know, trying to sound like a big shot. It does appear. He had a pretty high-ranking job at the EPA.
