We shouldnt have an NLRB either. you have a union contract with a company. Company complies with contract or it gets grieved up to an independent arbitrator. NLRB does not have any input in that process. If its an issue that is outside the contract then you still have the courts. its just another excuse to create more government jobs that do the same work that the states, union and courts can do.
put another way alot of these agencies are making policy that create additional hardship and slow down the processes. Dems complain about musk being unelected. many of these agencies are unelected and creating laws and policies that have not been approved or enforced by the three powers.
