NLRB had 24 active investigations against Elon's corporations. And Trump essentially shut the NLRB down. Weird coincidence.

We shouldnt have an NLRB either. you have a union contract with a company. Company complies with contract or it gets grieved up to an independent arbitrator. NLRB does not have any input in that process. If its an issue that is outside the contract then you still have the courts. its just another excuse to create more government jobs that do the same work that the states, union and courts can do.

put another way alot of these agencies are making policy that create additional hardship and slow down the processes. Dems complain about musk being unelected. many of these agencies are unelected and creating laws and policies that have not been approved or enforced by the three powers.

Most of these bureaucratic agencies are staffed with lawyers that just want to protect themselves. They purposely complicate the grievance process in order to maintain their status quo. The whole freaking system is run by high priced law firms, judges included, real criminal activity is not being prosecuted accordingly because it is a matter of who has the most money and time. I filed a few grievances in my time and quickly discovered that the system was riddled with politics and woefully outdated. These Companies and Corporations are not worried about any of them anymore they will do what they want because they have control of everything involved in our court systems even if you have a legitimate case.
