do I still get my vacation pay if I quit?

ive been with ups for a year as preload now, age 20 ATM. If I quit, do I still get my 2 weeks vacation pay + birthday week + sick day money?

Depends on your state laws. Here in California you get everything but your sick leave paid.

Did you go to the "time off viewer" on upsers or ask your sup to send an inquiry to payroll?

take your sick days and vacation days due BEFORE you quit.

those days accrued should be on your pay stub. they are in the west anyway.

He can also go to upsers.com and click on "time off viewer" to see what he has left on the books.

I was in the office with a sup and my steward and they showed me a chart and it showed two different times I was paid out 1.5 hours and they BOTH said oh yea there's your vacation pay outs...when I asked where the other 38.5 hours for each week was they both pretended not to hear me
