Do you communicate with your loopmates?

Work here long enough and you will see it is the hero’s that do not last. For one reason or another, they think they are special, the rules that apply to others do not apply to them.until they do. It is the individual that is 2.5 hours everyday, the guy that all the loop mates are so sick of “ bailing out”, the guy who takes his breaks, lunch, follows the methods and doesn’t give a damn what his loopmates do or don’t do who just seems to work here for 40 years. Last piece of advice. Shut your phone off, don’t be a hero and if the company needs you for any reason to work outside of the parameters that are clearly laid out in your DIAD, they will message you.

Does it hurt to continually hide behind the contract?

The only times we will mass communicate is when one of us gets hold of the 'SALT' packages list, so we know which drivers to warn, or when we spotted a on-road or the manager on the routes doing "safety" observations.
