Doesn't help that Minnesota is about the whitest state in the country outside of Minneapolis/St Paul
Can't be any worse than north and South Dakota .....years ago my good friend growing up went to the Dakotas on a road trip and stopped at a gas station out in the sticks and a van came in there after them with a picture of a black person on the side with a large red x over the face...2 or 3 white trash guys got out to get gas... Friend said it was weird and got the gas then got the hell out of there.... Try driving that van in some areas... Get your ass beat down
