We do have a Roth 401k option.

I may be way out of the loop here. We have a true Roth 401K option now? Or are you just refering to the 5% max after tax option?
Is there something/some kind of new Roth 401k option I missed with the switch over to Prudential? Please let me know. Thanks

I can't speak for the union options, but union-free employees can make after-tax Roth contributions to the UPS Savings Plan.

In New Jersey, there is no buyout. Administrative jobs are being eliminated due to consolidation with another district. There will be a separation package, not a buyout. It has not been announced yet. From what I understand it is just administrative positons.
