The Philly area had IAM our local was far superior pay and benefits, so I was told.

It probably varies by region as usual. I think UPS is blowing smoke up their asses and waiting till the last minute like they did with us. Even if IAM is only a few cities the operations there would be shut down if teamsters honored the picket line as they should.
