I don’t want any of my fellow citizens maimed or killed By any law-enforcement or military no matter what side of the political aisle they fall on. if they broke the law, I want them arrested and given their rightful day in court.
You’re right. It’d be nice if Trump had that same attitude. But no. Instead his minions are “hostages”.

Many of the January 6 people have been held without the right to a speedy trial which is there right, even if they’re guilty that is wrong, and they are hostages at this point.

Maybe we tamp down the political rhetoric on both sides because those of us in the middle are paying for it not those at the top.

Yep. Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time.
Never said they shouldn’t do time said they needed a speedy trial. Almost none of them were arrested for insurrection. Where are all the summer of love people that sat in jail for years waiting for their day in court for rioting? Thankfully, Harris was setting up bail money funds for them.

Some of them are still sitting in prison waiting for a trial

Hundreds of people pleaded guilty or served time for rioting in 2020.

1,100 cases in one jurisdiction are going to be a huge burden for the legal system. I don’t shed a single tear for them in DC.

What's over a thousand injured cops, some killed, in 2020 anyways? How about naming the cities where the rioters were arrested and hundreds are serving prison sentences?
Many of those people who broke the law were caught and their cases were adjudicated.

The difference is that I’m not calling them “hostages” like Trump. See the difference?

Best I can determine a few dozen have gotten prison sentences. Pales in comparison to what was done to January 6 participants. Many of whom were thrown into jail for just walking into the Capitol Building.

Because his opinion on the subject is political retribution, it’s not about it’s not about fairness or equal Justice, the same thing he accuses Donald Trump of supposedly saying he’s going to do. he fears Trump will do to Harris Supporters and Democrats exactly what the left has done to Republicans and Trump supporters.
