American citizens can’t be kicked out of the country for openly advocating for and working toward the destruction of our country. They are not our guests. They are citizens.

Fortunately not the case for this particular green card holder. He is our guest and our country will be better off and safer without him.
Laws apply to citizens and non-citizens equally.

Your ideas sound facist.

Leftists are calling everything fascist these days so your doing it here isn’t very interesting.

Is the following take from Ben Shapiro’s show today incorrect?

“Section 1182 of federal immigration law controls the categories of aliens who may be excluded from the United States.

In the category of national security, the statute mainly targets aliens who have engaged in terrorist activities, but there's additional latitude. An alien may be excluded if he has endorsed or espoused terrorist activity. That includes violent attacks and the planning of such attacks.

So if you support Hamas, you have now violated that under the law. Once an alien has entered the United States and then has residential status, then they have some additional rights. However, the claim should fail because when it comes to support for terrorism, our law does not privilege green card holders over other classes of aliens.

So, again, the reality is that Secretary Rubio is correct. An alien, even a green card holder, has no right while in the United States to join with groups that endorse or espouse terrorist activity. So all the government has to do is show that Khalil was in a campus group that endorsed or espoused Hamas atrocities”

so do you believe Trump should be held accountable for the assaults after leading his protest on Jan 6?
If Trump advocated assaulting others he should be held accountable. The Hamas supporting campus protests weren't two sides squaring off against each other. There were Palestinian supporters actively seeking out Jewish students to attack.

If that’s true then that is a hate crime and they should be held accountable
Which is exactly what is happening but as usual violent protests by the Left, as what happened in 2020, are glossed over by the Left while anything done by the Right there's bloody murder screaming by the Left. Just saw a MSNBC host criticize the classification of Tesla dealership attacks as domestic terrorism. She said that's an attack on free speech. Tesla dealerships have had bullets fired into them and cars firebombed. That would in no way be acceptable if it were conservatives doing the same at a favored liberal business.
