I really don't know how many of these plans are going to get fixed, unless the pass the Butch Lewis act. Because the company doesn't have enough money to fix it.

Like I tell everyone else, you have to take care of yourself. Put some money in your 401K in the Roth IRA. stay out of debt so when retirement time comes you won't need as much income to live on.
