Exchange product stop

Retired 2020. Not my Problem Anymore!
Its best when it's a 1030 NDA and you don't know it's and exchange until you get there.

I use to get them every once in a while for Enterprise Car rental for some kind of hand held device they used. So if I had plenty of air I would take my time doing the exchange to make sure either that package was closed out after 10:30 or it made other packages late. They took that stop off of me after a few times. What I learned in my later years is that everything can be used to your advantage and there is no problem until you figure out how to make it the supervisor‘s problem. I wish I would of learned that at the beginning of my career. My last year before retirement I had the best time trying to make as much as I could “their“ problem. It took all the pressure off of me. Looking back I can’t believe the crap I stressed over in the early years trying to take care of problems they created.

It was a noon commit on a Saturday had four NDA stops after it and got there at 1130. The four after were pretty close and had a plan to get it all done with non commits along the way. This stop blew that up, had to run straight air and scanned my last air stop at 1159. Oh well put me over for a third day

Blind every day
I have an old folks home on my route. Couple times a year I change out an oxygen machine thingy. Throw it in the pickup volume. No big deal.

nowhere special
Fur calls were still around when I started but I never had one. The neighborhoods I delivered weren't the kind of people who wore expensive furs.

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

They were listed on the time card, but I never had one. I wasn’t in those types of areas either.

Fur call? Is that a customer that doesn’t shave her beaver?

First encountered this a decade ago, oxygen machine I believe.
Thought it was strange to disconnect an old timer from his life support, take it and pack it up, and leave him with a new machine that may or may not work.
Indeed a royal pain in the ass stop.
Have done this a handful of times since to various people.

Probably all deceased because of me.
Longer than that. We once exchanged telephones.
