Been to busy to talk to. Yes worked 2 days after labor day. Picking up a copy of my contract now if they aren't to busy . They said today they were going to talk to labor board manager ?

If the Labor Manager has half a brain, based on the contract, you're in.

If not.... you're in, and they will owe you a seniority date and backpay.
