where the rule of law ends, tyranny begins

Nope, judicial supremacy is not the rule of law in the United States and never has been. The judicial branch can only make rulings. They cannot enforce those rulings on the executive branch.

the aclu lawyer called it a constitutional crisis. i trust his assessment.
And that’s the ACLU lawyers opinion, but that’s not the actual truth. Even Alexander Hamilton said that judicial branch has very little power.

“In Federalist No. 78, Alexander Hamilton described the judiciary as “beyond comparison the weakest of the three departments of power.” He reasoned that without “influence over either the sword or the purse,” the Court only has the power of judgment.”
By sword and purse, Alexander Hamilton was referring to the executive branch and the Congress who holds the purse.

They are more than welcome to impeach the president if they choose. I don’t see that happening currently.

I think I’ll trust Alexander Hamiltons opinion more than ACLU Lawyer lol.

the founding fathers sucked i think.
I think you’re mistaken. And Hamilton is probably my least favorite founding father but on this issue he was correct.

Interesting that you hate them although if someone screams, it’s a constitutional crisis you somehow like the constitution? Seems if you hate them the crisis was a couple hundred years ago when the constitution was written.

It demonstrates completely that leftist do not like the constitution at all, and they hate America. They only virtue signal that they like it when it is convenient for them. Meanwhile, in the background they work to destroy it.

No one has followed it for a few decades now or less and less anyways and king trump has made a few quotes about him being able to do whatever he wants
So we’ve had a constitutional crisis for decades? Lol no we have not. The constitution is what has kept us moving along. There are enough checks and balances. And even the lady in this video admits the judicial branch can’t do the legislative branch has to. She’s just butt hurt that the legislative branch does not think it’s worth impeaching Trump because he has not violated the constitution. And last I checked Kings cannot be voted in or out. May Not even be that long the citizens can vote against him and his party two years from now if they’re unhappy. Doesn’t sound like a monarchy to me nor a constitutional crisis.

Which checks and balances do you think are not happening? I’m certain you do not understand the American political system, but I’m interested in hearing what you believe. And I’m also excited to explain to you why you’re wrong.
