Because not everything is classified and some of what was seized is covered by executive privilege. It's up to the special master to determine what is allowed before an investigation can proceed. You want to just steam roll Trump and burn him for everything seized. A special master will determine the size of the flames needed.

Can you tell me what presidential election is happening in '22? Because to win congressional races, governor races, etc you have to win the popular vote in those districts or states. How do you know they were just laying around? How do you know that nothing was planted? Hope they can prove all of that in court otherwise all of this gets tossed.
