the former presidents have a constitutionally supported right to executive privledge which was reaffirmed by the supreme court in the nixon years.
biden is swimming in new waters legally here as no current executive has ever tried to revoke a former presidents privledge.

Agreed. I think the history of executive privilege suggests that he does retain some but nowhere near as sweeping as when in office.
