This is no grand jury, and leaks abound. The object is to taint the view of prospective members of a grand jury pool if called and when.
Fact of the matter, in DC if a republican is involved an indictment will be returned.

If he simply waved his orange baby hand and VOILA! all the top secret docs were declassified, that might be his prerogative. But it's wildly irresponsible if he claims he did this and nobody else knew that the docs could suddenly be seen by anyone on Earth. It's CRAZY. People could die, our sources, spies. We could lose our intel edge.

The materials would have a stamp on them citing their declassification status. People within the government would know. DNI, FBI, CIA, NSA, the right people would know. But they don't, because the documents were never declassified.

The fact is that Trump never declassified these documents and you guys know it.
