In the end Biden will be remembered by historians as incredibly incompetent and in cognitive decline. Trump will be remembered for trying to make the country better while dragging the anchors of Democratic lies, hoaxes, and ludicrous impeachments throughout his presidency.
"The only viable defense Trump has is to point the finger at someone else — to claim that he is a hands-off administrator who took the word of his aides that none of the documents at Mar-a-Lago belonged in the government’s hands. But while two of the statutes at issue require the government to prove that the defendant intended to break the law, the DOJ’s repeated requests and demands to Trump — including a grand jury subpoena — will make it hard for him to argue that he did not realize that the records contained national security secrets that belonged to the federal government.

Trump’s defense would have to be that he did not read any of the communications from the government and was told by his attorneys that their meeting and communications with the DOJ indicated that he was in the clear. He would have to claim that the attorneys lied to him and that he never directed one of the attorneys, Christina Bobb, to sign an apparently false statement to DOJ that all of the materials “marked classified” had been returned to the government."

Well then trot out Christopher Wray to say he doesn't think it was Trump's intent to break any laws. Worked before.

Just tuned in to see how the ever trumpers were trying to spin the bad news of the day this time

They are mostly suspiciously quiet except for the one that lives in a tent in a 3rd world country he’s still droning on
You nutcases are so desperate you're spewing delusions that Trump is selling nuclear secrets to the Saudis.

You think you will be able to top today's stupid conspiracy theory tomorrow? Idiots lol.

So that is their opinion. But having payments suspended for a period isn't the same as eliminating the debt. Yes, according to that 2003 legislation (?) they can eliminate it in an emergency. Where's the emergency? People have returned to work. And eliminating the debt of a certain class doesn't help the millions who paid off their college debt, or who never went to college but have debts. This is targeting a specific group of voters before the midterms, nothing more. And Pelosi herself said forgiving the debt was the responsibility of the House, which controls the purse strings. Not the executive branch. Was she wrong?

Two bills totaling about $114k. Only the government didn't forgive it. And you know how that goes. When I had a stent put in my main artery in 2011 the bill was over $50k. My company insurance paid $16k and my copay was $1600. In no way did this large nonprofit hospital chain present a bill to the government for $114k.
