Full disclosure, I have no idea what the clown knows or think he knows. I dumped out at the mention of FISA, that alerted me to the fact it was leaked material, whether factual or disinformation, and the leaker (assuming this ever took place) broke Federal law.

That said, if they are FISA documents, (which I have read were returned while he was in office) He (Trump) does absolutely have an interest in the documents and obviously if such documents exist it would be part of the material they were negotiating.

Me agreeing with Nappy's assertion does not exist on this planet. To answer your question with a direct answer, that is the function of the court. e can argue their decision when they render one.
