The process is a recording, making a record for possible, anticipated appeals which he knows will be adjudicated in a higher court.

This process is long from being over. The DOJ is not the prosecution, Judge, Jury and Executioner.

I came up with that all by myself, I didn't have to resort to someone puking up information for me to spew.
