As I've said many times here there is a formal declassification process for everyone but the president. The president can verbally declassify or as his intelligence officials have stated Trump can have a standing order that anything he removes from the white house is automatically declassified as it was for Bush and Obama.
with that said the trump lawyers are not going to present their entire possible defense case and call witnesses for a document review.
