I'm trying to set up a direct deposit, can i do that by calling fedex payroll department and just give them my bank routing number and my account number? If so what's the number i should call?

I would guess that has to be done either over the computer or by filling out a form. Pretty sure it has to be in writing. Ask your manager.

We don't have anything like UPSers.com. The only thing we can access at home right now is our benefits (insurance and retirement).

I did it in my manager's office via IMS day 0 of being hired. You just put in your account and routing and it will know the financial institution. 1-2 weeks later you should see it directly deposited.

Ask your manager for a password and log into the PRISM system to do it yourself. Not hard, but frustrating because the company's system is based in the 19th century.
