And how many years did it take to get to that level? My jobs are jobs not careers. It’s good money for a couple years of work. No one should do this long term. You guys get laid holidays? Must be nice.

As soon as my drivers start maxing out their IRAs I’ll consider offering a 401k. It’s not a priority for my workforce.

How in the hell do you know what your drivers do pertaining to personal IRAs?
