I always kept a daily planner with , START TIME , LUNCH , FINISH TIME, PCS DELIVERED , PCS PICKED UP ,AND ANY UNUSUAL OCCURANCE THROUGH THE DAY

I enjoy the notebook David friend gave me. I draw pictures of my customers while waiting for the freight!

Just how I have seen it over a decade and a half. I have known no one to get fired for production but seen two managers walked out for time card alterations.
